Greg brings over 40 years of Sales and Marketing experience to the Marine Industry.

Since 1964, after completing a Sales Management and Marketing course with the T. Eaton Co. his focus has always been in Customer Service and Sales, His involvement in different buying group functions, then Men’s Wear, gave him the experience to strike out on his own.

He has been an independent owner/operator of a Retail operation in the town of Port Perry, Gregory’s Men’s Wear Limited (1974 to1987), a Charter member of that Rotary Club, and member of the Chamber of Commerce, most recently the Past President, of a Tourism Marketing Board, Ontario’s Lake Country (Marine sector) Orillia and Simcoe County Area.

His involvement in the Marine industry stared in 1990, when his Hobby, became a Full time occupation. For three years he did restorations and repairs to Wooden and fibreglass vessels.

Greg has managed, a land based operation, that have represented boat manufacturer’s such as Celebrity, Campion, Cutter, Wellcraft, Scarab, Seadoo, Doral, Larson, Bayliner, E Z Load, Avalon, Mercury, and Yamaha.

In 1995 he joined a Brokerage firm , Canadian Cove Limited, located in Lagoon City, representing brokerage/consignment listings, with names, such as Neptunus, Canoe Cove, Princess, Carver, Searay, Cruiser Yachts, Doral, Wellcraft, Chris Craft.

In the Fall of 1996 Simcoe Yachts Sales Agency was formed, working from the same location until 2005, representing and selling vessels from 18′ to 55′ to the Ontario/Canadian Marketplace.
